Managing participants, viewing player details, and handling decklists.
Tournament Admin Panel β Overview
The Tournament Admin Panel is the central hub for managing an active tournament. Accessible from the tournament page via the "Manage" button (visible to staff members only).
Navigation Tabs
The admin panel is organized into tabs across the top:
- Players β Manage enrolled players, lobby, and dropped players.
- Roster β Searchable table with bulk actions (drop, reinstate) and CSV exports.
- Decklists β Review, lock, and manage submitted decklists.
- Phases β Create and manage tournament phases (Swiss, Bracket, etc.).
- Pairings β View and manage match pairings, report results, complete rounds.
- Standings β View rankings, export data, and recalculate standings.
Additional tools are accessible from the sidebar or dropdown menus: Quick Entry, Join Code, Penalties, Mirror Display, and Staff Management.
Players Tab
The Players tab is where you manage all participants. Players are organized into three columns:
Three Columns
- Lobby (blue) β Players who registered but are not yet enrolled in the tournament. They need to be enrolled before the tournament starts.
- Enrolled (green) β Active players who will receive pairings in the next round.
- Dropped (red) β Players who dropped or were disqualified. They no longer receive pairings.
Stats Bar
At the top, four counters show: In Lobby, Enrolled, Dropped, and Total Players. A status badge shows the tournament's current status.
Pending Approval Banner
If registrations are pending approval, an amber alert bar appears with a "Review" button linking to the Registration Management page.
Toolbar Buttons
- Search β Search players by username, email, first or last name.
- Card / Table View β Toggle between a card layout (3 columns) and a compact table layout.
- Add Players β Opens a modal to add players:
- Search and add an existing user by username or email.
- Add a guest player (on-site, no account needed).
- Bulk import by pasting a list of emails.
- Bulk Actions dropdown:
- Enroll All Lobby β Move all lobby players to enrolled in one click.
- Enroll Selected β Enroll only the checked players.
- Unenroll All β Move all enrolled players back to lobby.
- Assign Byes β Pre-assign byes to specific players for specific rounds.
Player Cards
Each player card shows:
- Avatar and display name (clickable to open a detailed Player Card modal).
- Status badges: linked profile, penalty count, payment status (paid/partial/refunded/unpaid).
- Email address and registration timestamp.
- Enroll / Unenroll / Drop / Reinstate β Action buttons change depending on the player's current column.

Player Card Modal
Clicking a player's name opens a detailed modal with tabs:
- Overview β Player profile info, registration details, ticket number.
- Decklists β View the player's submitted decklist.
- Match History β All matches played by this player.
- Actions β Edit player info, assign bye, drop player, add penalty.
Roster Tab
The Roster is a compact table view of all players, optimized for quick management and exports.
Top Actions
Filters
- Search by player name.
- Filter by status: All, Enrolled, Dropped, or Cut.
Bulk Actions
Select players using checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar:
Table Columns
The table shows: Rank, Name, Username, Record (W-L-D), Points, and status. Columns are sortable by clicking the header.
Decklists Tab
This tab is only visible if the tournament requires decklist submission. It lets organizers review, check, and lock player decklists.
Stats Bar
Four counters at the top:
Toolbar
- Search β Find a specific player.
- Filter β Filter by: All, Submitted, Missing, Checked, Unchecked, Locked, Unlocked.
- Remind Decklists β Send an email reminder to all players who haven't submitted their decklist yet.
- Lock All / Unlock All β Lock or unlock all decklists at once.
- Lock Selected / Unlock Selected β Lock or unlock only the checked decklists.
Per-Decklist Actions
- View β Open the decklist to see all cards.
- Check / Uncheck β Mark the decklist as reviewed by staff.
- Lock / Unlock β Lock the decklist to prevent further edits by the player. Useful once the tournament starts.
