Registration Management

The Registration Management page lets organizers review, approve, and manage all tournament registrations.

Per-Registration Actions

Approve Reject Unapprove Check In
  • Approve β€” Accept a pending registration. The player moves to Confirmed.
  • Reject β€” Deny a pending registration.
  • Unapprove β€” Revert a confirmed registration back to Pending (e.g., if approved by mistake).
  • Check In β€” Mark the player as physically present at the venue (if check-in is enabled).

Export

Download all registrations as a CSV file.

Join Codes

Join Codes allow players to register for a tournament by entering a short code or scanning a QR code. This is ideal for invite-only events or on-site registration.

  • The code is displayed in large monospace text with a copy button.
  • A QR code is generated automatically for easy scanning.
  • Usage counter shows how many times the code has been used.

Settings

  • Join Mode β€” Choose whether players join the Lobby (need manual enrollment) or are directly Enrolled.
  • Max Uses β€” Set a limit on how many times the code can be used, or leave unlimited.

Actions

Generate Regenerate Deactivate Download QR Print A4 Flyer
  • Generate β€” Create a new join code.
  • Regenerate β€” Create a new code and deactivate the old one.
  • Deactivate β€” Disable the current code (players can no longer use it).
  • Download QR β€” Save the QR code as a high-resolution PNG image.
  • Print A4 Flyer β€” Print a formatted flyer with the tournament name, QR code, and join code for display at the venue.

Penalties

The Penalties page lets judges and organizers track infractions and penalties issued during the tournament.

Adding a Penalty

Click "Add Penalty" to open the modal. Fill in:

  • Player β€” Search and select the player.
  • Infraction Category β€” Select the category (e.g., Tournament Error, Game Play Error, Unsporting Conduct).
  • Infraction β€” Select the specific infraction (auto-filtered by category).
  • Penalty Level β€” Caution, Warning, Game Loss, Match Loss, or Disqualification. Auto-fills based on infraction default.
  • Round β€” Which round the infraction occurred in.
  • Judge β€” The name of the issuing judge.
  • Notes β€” Free text for details.

Penalty Levels (Color Coded)

Caution Verbal reminder, no penalty applied.
Warning Official warning recorded.
Game Loss Player loses a game in the current match.
Match Loss Player loses the entire match.
Disqualification Player is removed from the tournament.

Mirror Display

The Mirror Display is a live screen meant to be projected on a TV or monitor at the venue. It shows pairings, standings, and the round timer in real-time.

Theme Presets

Choose from 10 built-in themes (Default, Ocean, Crimson, Forest, Royal, Gold, Neon, Sunset, Arctic, Midnight) or customize colors manually.

Customization

  • Background β€” Set gradient colors, angle, opacity, and visual effects (Starfield, Honeycomb, Aurora, Particles, etc.).
  • Layout β€” Choose Classic (vertical), Side Right, or Side Left layout.
  • Visible Sections β€” Toggle visibility of: Header/Branding, Timer, Pairings, Standings, QR Code.
  • Timer Controls β€” Start, Pause, and Stop buttons. Customize timer size, color, and backdrop opacity.
  • Standings β€” Set how many players to show and auto-scroll speed.
  • Announcements β€” Display a custom text message on the mirror (with font size and position controls).

Opening the Mirror

Open Mirror

Click "Open Mirror" to open the display in a new tab. The display auto-refreshes to show the latest data. You can share the mirror URL with spectators or streamers.

Staff Management

Manage who has access to the tournament admin panel and what they can do.

Staff Roles

Admin Full access to all tournament and organization settings.
Head Judge Can manage rounds, pairings, results, drop/reinstate players, and issue penalties.
Scorekeeper Same as Head Judge β€” can report results, manage pairings, and handle standings.
Judge Can view pairings and standings, report results, and issue penalties.
Coverage Read-only access for tournament coverage and streaming purposes.

Staff Sources

  • Owner β€” The organization owner. Always has full access.
  • Organization β€” Staff inherited from the organization. Shown with a purple "Org" badge. Org
  • Direct β€” Staff added directly to this tournament. Shown with a blue "Direct" badge. Direct

Adding Staff

  • Add individually β€” Enter an email and select a role.
  • Bulk add β€” Paste a list of emails, review them in a table, set roles, and import all at once.
