Registration & Payment

How to register for tournaments, payment methods, and cancellation.

Registration Types

  • Open Registration — Anyone can register and is immediately confirmed.
  • Approval Required — Your registration is set to "Pending" until the organizer approves it.
  • Invite Only — You need a join code from the organizer to register.

Registration Flow

  1. Click the Register button on the tournament page.

  2. Select which Player Profile to register with (if you have multiple).
  3. Fill in any custom fields the organizer requires (e.g., DCI number, team name).
  4. If the tournament is paid, complete the payment via Stripe or HelloAsso.
  5. You receive a confirmation with your ticket number.

Registration Statuses

  • Confirmed — You are registered and your spot is guaranteed.
    Confirmed
  • Pending — Waiting for organizer approval.
    Pending
  • Waitlisted — The tournament is full. You'll be promoted if a spot opens.
    Waitlisted
  • Cancelled — You cancelled your registration (or were rejected).
    Cancelled

Payment

Paid tournaments support two payment methods: Stripe (credit card) and HelloAsso (popular in France). The entry fee and any platform fees are displayed before you pay. Refunds follow the tournament's refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your registration from the tournament page or your Dashboard. For paid tournaments, refunds are processed according to the refund policy. A refund protection fee (7% of entry fee) is retained by the platform.
